Trak 2.0 routine / core exercise
This is to remind myself a few things:
I much prefer warm weather paddles.
Not all outings are exciting some are routine.
Maybe I should get some professional help.
When I try to go to Macleod's Maidens I would not have anyone with me.
Discovered muscles that I never thought existed.

I don’t like wind gusts when it comes to paddling.
Paddling sometimes is just exercise.
My love / hate relationship with Trak 2.0 is still very much real.
