Trak 2.0 routine / core exercise

This is to remind myself a few things:

  1. I much prefer warm weather paddles.

  2. Not all outings are exciting some are routine.

  3. Maybe I should get some professional help.

  4. When I try to go to Macleod's Maidens I would not have anyone with me.

  5. Discovered muscles that I never thought existed.

  6. I love the Reed ChillCheater avataq greenland rolling floatation aid.

  7. I don’t like wind gusts when it comes to paddling.

  8. Paddling sometimes is just exercise.

  9. My love / hate relationship with Trak 2.0 is still very much real.
